Marshmallowchallenge.com  Tom Wujec behauptet Kindergartenkinder sind besser als Absolventen der Business School. Wenn es darum geht auszuprobieren, sich unstrukturiert in iterativen Verfahren einer Lösung zu nähern und ohne Hirarchie zum Ziel zu kommen. Das ist kreatives Arbeiten.
